Southampton City Council - Worked with the City for the second season. Directed the Tallships 2000 Southampton Sponsorship programme. At present, directing sponsorship procurement for the Southampton Balloon and Flower Festival 2002. |

Bournemouth Education Directorate Phoenix Management is Project Consultant advising on the sponsorship and business programmes for Bournemouth's innovative, e-learning project, 'Classroom of the Future'. One of only 12 e-learning projects being funded by the Department of Education & Skills, the project is seeking partners through Phoenix with an environmental and educational bias to their business. |

RNIB - Project management of the Key to the City of Leeds Appeal - to fund and place 26 REACT beacons in the Leeds Centre to enhance access for people with visual impairment. Capital appeal contract from September 1998 - to May 1999 to raise £100,000 through the Lord Mayor of Leeds Appeal. The appeal raised £137,500 by the end of June '99. A lottery application developed at the end of the contract was successful in 2000, bringing in a further £165,000 to provide more units for the blind Asian communities of Leeds. |

Ongoing project work with the Sheffield Association for People with Cerebral Palsy
directing their development appeal during the Millennium year. The Charity's core
activities include running a Home Visitor and Carer Services for families in crisis
and a Sports Club for People with Disabilities. |

From 1997 to 2001 Performing Arts and Peugeot were in partnership on a UK summer concerts programme. For the promoter Performing Arts, this major association with title sponsor Peugeot Motor Company Plc was developed and negotiated each year by Phoenix Management. |

PACES Lullabies with a Difference - The CD compilation lead by the pop artist Joan Armatrading and involving Brian May and Tina Turner. The CD was used as a marketing tool to raise funds for the charity PACES - A centre of Excellence for Conductive Education in Sheffield and the Midlands.

Hampshire County Cricket Club - The Club over the last six months has opened its new, state of the art cricket Oval and sports complex to the public just outside Southampton. Corridor Arts Regional Press Management for the Preview in October 1999 Barnsley's Cooper Gallery (South Yorkshire) hosted the first exhibition of Imagination Technology from Corridor Arts. The project is a leading catalyst for the development of Arts and Media encouraging real and meaningful participation through a range of projects using digital images. The Preview Evening achieved significant regional press, radio and TV coverage from commercial and BBC channels. |

After Dark Event - The management of the Largest Civic Bonfire Spectacular in South Yorkshire on 5 November 1998 in partnership with the Sheffield Council. The event attracts an attendance each year of 12,000 people. Professional sponsorship procurement was achieved through Phoenix Management of £29,000 to underwrite all costs. The attendance for 1998 was increased by almost 1,000 people which in turn improved the gross and net turnover of the event. |

Ad-hoc marketing and PR support for Bolsterstone Male Voice Choir - The UK MVC Champions 1997. This involved seeking additional income to meet the shortfall resulting from their successful application to the National Lottery for new uniforms and stage equipment. Also set up prime time TV coverage with the BBC (Spring 1998) as a community arts recipient of the lottery award. |
