From time to time in our working life, you will have benefited from the experience and knowledge of a mentor formally or otherwise. Voluntary Sector and Arts managers can now benefit from a new service provided by PHOENIX MANAGEMENT and develop their full potential within a cost-effective programme.
The programme is aimed at one-to-one management development support to charity and arts managers.
As a mentoring service, PHOENIX MANAGEMENT will be working with you to 'get to the bottom of issues' and guiding your development on the job. Mentoring will typically involve one meeting or teleconference per month of 1-2 hours, for an initial period of 6 months.
Mentoring provides a dynamic and economical way of motivating and developing middle and senior managers, facilitating organisations to unearth new skills and enhance self-awareness.
Organisations have many external as well as internal challenges. The investment of people is vital within the change management process. This impartial service enables an organization to move forward and develop its personnel creating a healthy environment for growth and achievement.
PHOENIX MANAGEMENT has training expertise with charity and the arts sectors and also has mentoring associates who can assist in the delivery of the mentoring service with quality and care.
The minimum costing for this service allowing a full hour each month for six months is £380 plus VAT. More time can be negotiated by the hour. Please talk to our Consultant Suzi Patrick in planning your needs.
Phoenix Management is a consultancy with membership of the Institute of Charity Fundraising Managers UK and is committed to developing arts and voluntary sector potential through business experience.
